Last week I went to this center after finding it on the map to replace my iPhone 7 battery. They quoted $80 for a “good” battery, but I later found out it was one of the cheapest brands. After replacing it, they handed me the phone with a stain on the screen. When I pointed it out, they claimed it was already there and even suggested I had dropped it. My phone had been in perfect condition, and if I had dropped it, there would be a crack, not a stain. It was clear the damage happened during the battery change. He refused responsibility at first, then offered to waive the battery cost, but I insisted they replace the screen. After several refusals, he finally called the store owner, who agreed to replace it—likely aware the technician was inexperienced. The battery and service were low quality for $80, but the owner was responsible and trustworthy.
