What another wonderful experience. I walked into this shop expecting to pay for a service that Britten says it’s complementary for his customers. Just needed my ring inspected and cleaned. He did more than expected. Received my ring back looking like new. I just took it to another local box store and they cleaning didn’t compare to BVW. The box store wanted to ship my ring out for a week, hell no. He did it all within minutes. While I was there, I bought a couple new unique pieces of jewelry to add to my collection, what beautiful work. I would recommend these jewelers to everyone! They have always been professional in every way. I had them make a custom ring and mount 2 stones for a necklace for Christmas presents. Angie was incredible—she patiently helped me try on different ring styles to figure out the perfect shape for my finger, and she was honest and realistic about size, weight, shape, and setting. Her knowledge and kindness made the whole process so comfortable. They even created 3D molded castings and reprinted them four times until we felt 100% confident in my choice.
