Cannot recommend B. Willow enough! Super committed to customer care, both in-store and during in-home plant care visits. We have always felt totally comfortable asking any and all kinds of questions, especially knowing that the answers we receive will be thoughtful and well-informed. We feel much more confident as plant parents with the support of their staff (special shout-out to Mariyah!).

B. Willow so quaint & their plants are absolutely GORGS! I attended a terrarium workshop is it was wonderful. I'll be back to purchase plants & ran outta there so I didn't impulse buy carload of them! 🤣🤣🤣 They offer so many weekly workshops! Check them out! 🌸🌿✨️

Delightful experience working with Mariah for a virtual consultation and in store reporting. She was very kind and knowledgeable. I had been gifted plants and did not exactly know how to care for them. Mariah walked through the types of plants, light, watering and fertilizer needed for them to thrive. About five needed reporting, and it was very easy to bring them in the shop. They now look amazing and I look forward to properly caring for them. Highly recommend these affordable services!

Adorable store with lots of variety and knowledgeable staff! Plants were in good condition. Plant care products were on the more expensive side but that's because they carry the good quality natural pesticides and supplements. I did not make a purchase today but am interested in returning for one of their workshops and a plant when I need another.

I really enjoyed my time at B. Willow and I cannot wait to visit them again. The staff was super friendly and overall the vibe of the shop is inviting. I appreciate how each type of plant comes with a care card. Most importantly, the plants are also affordable! I cannot wait to come back in the future :)
