About

At Byrd Construction, we create custom homes and improve existing residences for homeowners in St. Petersburg and southern Pinellas County, Florida. Led by Chase Byrd, we take on luxury custom home builds, coastal construction, comprehensive remodeling, home additions, and ADU projects. We work through planning, design-build, permitting, and construction with each client's priorities in mind. Our focus remains on creating residential spaces that reflect individual preferences and make effective use of each property.
