⭐ 1 Star – Overcharged & Deposit Not Credited I’m extremely disappointed with this veterinary clinic’s billing practices. I was given an estimate for my pet’s procedure and agreed to it, but at checkout I was billed more than the estimate without proper explanation or approval beforehand. On top of that, I paid a $50 deposit to schedule the procedure, which they clearly stated was required and is their normal practice. The morning of the procedure, the deposit was even verbally acknowledged, so there was no confusion that it had been paid. However, at the end they did not credit the $50 deposit and then claimed they “did not bill $50,” even though they agreed it was required and standard for them. This felt dishonest and extremely frustrating. I expected transparency and professionalism, but instead I left feeling taken advantage of.

After frustrating experiences at other clinics, we finally found C & C Veterinary Services, and they were exactly what we needed. We brought in our two cats — Nova, a rescued kitten who had previously been misdiagnosed elsewhere, and Michellin, our older indoor cat — and the team here immediately stood out as thorough, professional, and affordable. They carefully checked both cats, explained everything clearly, and treated them for their conditions (including ringworm) at a price lower than what we paid for single visits at other clinics. For the first time, we felt confident that our pets were in good hands. C & C provided what every pet owner deserves: clear answers, fair pricing, and reliable care. I highly recommend them to anyone in Laredo looking for a trustworthy vet.

C&C Vet Services is the go to for our vet needs! Dr. Jarman and Dr. Landis put in such great care and attention to the animals they see. My dog is always well taken care of and their staff knows how to ease the anxiety for animals and owners! Such great customer service!

I took my perfectly healthy young cat here to be neutered and he died before they even started the procedure. I’ve taken several cats to other clinics for the same surgery and never had an issue. This is a brand new clinicand after what happened I have zero trust in their ability to safely care for pets. I trusted them with my cat’s life and they failed him completely. I will never bring another pet here and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else risk it either.

If I could rate them 6 stars out of 5 I would! Our dog Baymax went in bad shape initially not knowing what he had (we have had him for 9 years now and we had never seen him as bad as he was). Turns out he had an infection after running both a blood test and X ray so we could have a peace of mind. They gave us options and we chose to keep him there on IV and antibiotics for 3 days. We picked him today and he is all good! They would call us twice a day to give us updates on his condition. We will definitely be going back for his yearly routine visit and when he is not well 💙. I posted a after and before pic of him! Thank you all at C&C Vet Services!
