C2 started off well when Ana was the director in the plano office. After Ana left there was a huge gap that remained unfilled for a long time until Laura came in and she was pretty good too. Then she left too, and it just kept going downhill. The reason I brought my daughter here was looking at the reviews and actually believed it. She was not able to get help from them for the applications process. When I asked for my money back, they refused.

C2 Plano seems to have gone downhill fast since Ms. Ana left last year. I believe the center has seen 3-4 Directors since she left and the quality has gone downhill fast (poor communication, no follow-ups, broken promises). To make things worse, the new management is not honoring the transfer of the remaining hours to the sibling claiming that they’ve “expired”, very frustrating when you’ve paid $80/hour.

We enrolled our daughter in C2 Plano, end of her Sophomore year. Ms.Ana and my daughter's tutors played a crucial role in our daughter achieving her target ACT score. They have materials for both ACT and SAT and have been very helpful in teaching concepts as well as performing regular assessments. Our daughter was also tutored on new concepts on her AP Classes, when needed. We can't thank Ms.Ana enough, for her support and guidance in my daughter's college prep. We have no hesitation in recommending C2 at Plano, for any high school kids.
