Company takes advantage of unsuspecting victims and our lack of electrical knowledge to quote us sums we don’t need to spend to get our issue fixed. The person they sent couldn’t even open the PG&E box to test and possibly change the breaker which it’s all I needed, instead he wanted to change the electrical box upstairs ($3K) with the breaker and made it sound like it was all needed and he would need to send a special someone to get it all done at a later day. Something didn’t seem right. I had a different company come, they were able to figure out I ONLY needed a breaker to get electricity back on. They were able to get in the PG&E box and have it changed within 30 min and power restored without having to send anyone else. I have uploaded a photo showing their “fake” estimate. This is a real costumer. From other review it sounds they intimidate people that leave poor reviews to have them taken down. Do NOT use them.

Philips Or came to fix the outlet power that wasn't working. He showed me the button that needed to be pushed in and fixed the issue. He also pointed out that there was no ground wire in the outlet box for some of the electrical wires in the house, which I didn't know anything about. I appreciated Philips' information about the importance of having ground wiring in the house for electrical outlets and switches.

CA electric group.upgraded my electrical.panel.to 200 A from 100.A. They completed work very professionally handing city permit and PG&E coordination. This has been very complex project. AMAZING communication and SERVICE! We purchased an older home with wiring and round glass fuses from 1943! Needless to say with all the advances in technology and the need for electricity to run all of these items our days were numbered before we’d need a electrical company to help us as our refrigerator was connected to what popped and turned off the lights/appliances. Yet CA Electrical was the first to respond the very evening we lost partial power. Scheduled a visit the next morning and CA Electrical came in and worked all day Saturday, ending at 7pm and got everything back online. This same electrician returned Sunday morning at 10am with a coworker and they finished updating a box in the master bedroom and were done before noon. Very thorough and cleaned up wherever they worked. Our electrical boxes are updated to switches and we will have them come back to update the wiring in sections of the home that still have 2-prong electrical outlets. The main thing we feel best about is I was so afraid of fire with the old wiring. Having the electrical panel enlarged, updated, and our refrigerator set up on its own circuit gives us the peace of mind I know I needed since getting this home.
