4.5 I use the business to fix and replace the drain under my kitchen sink. Demitri did a great job. He replaced everything and no leaks. He even gave me his cell so if leaks or some other issue developed, I could call him back and he would come back to fix it. I got several quotes and they were in the low/ middle of the 3 quotes. I would definitely use them again.

We had Proper Hour Home Services out to our home to make a few repairs (including some water damage; see photos). Alex came to our house right on time and handled everything on our list to perfection, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I hired them to replace some fixtures, they showed me a plugged faucet and recommended a whole house filtration system. They sent a proposal and I agreed, they then told me it didn’t include parts(?) so I declined. They came back and said they can do it with different parts at that price.. Should have still said no. About 3 weeks later my water heater exploded. I hired a 24 hour service to do repairs to the water heater and gas line which was also damaged. When the water heater was installed and started, they couldn’t regulate temperature. They found that the filtration had a check valve and the water heater wasn’t able to push water back. By then items had been removed and my bogus insurance refused to pursue reimbursement. I contacted them and they wanted to blame the plumber who did repairs (how?) in doing so they confirmed that a relief tank should have been installed if using the system. Total cost of repairs was around $50,000
