Extremely poor response for anything electrical. I can understand higher ratings for anything not related to electrical work, but... be warned... we had our furnaces replaced and in doing so, they installed the wrong circuit breaker. It failed inspection. We've been trying over and over to get someone to come and fix the work they did. They schedule appointments and cancel them saying they need a different department to schedule it. They promise someone will call to reschedule. Nobody ever does and there's no number or website to schedule something ourselves. It's been over a month and a lot of wasted time trying to get them to do this simple fix. So be careful about them doing any work where electrical work is part of the job. They are the worst in that field in terms of customer service.

I contacted another HVAC company and they told me the earliest appointment was 12/22/25. I then contacted Service Champions. I was able to get an appointment on 12/12/25. They arrived on time and did a complete service on my heater with recommendations. Within an hour Chris, Comfort Advisor, came to my house. With the California restrictions went over my limited options. Set an appointment for the install of a new heater and duck work for 12/17/25. Great service.

I want to take the time to thank Bailey for taking the time to address my questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to get my heater working again and a truly appreciate all the effort he made. I learned a lot from his constant communication and felt safe and confident with his work. Absolutely excellent service provided by Muhsin Haniff, the technician who came today to fix my finicky HVAC unit. He listened carefully up front, diagnosed the likely issue, and explained why it was turning on only intermittently. He also went about the fix very logically. As an engineer myself, I really felt I was in capable hands. Dealing with the office to schedule service was also a smooth and pleasant experience.

My furnace decided to act up. A quick call to Service Champions brought Muhsin out that afternoon. He quickly determined the cause, and started the inquiry: was it covered under warranty (no), is the part available, and what the best pricing was. He got very close to pickup up the unit that same day, but was still able to come out the next morning to quickly install it and verify everything worked. Just a terrific job!! Thank you!!
