From the velvety coffee, to the flavorful empanadas, and delectable sweet treats, no other coffee shop compares! I’m serious… I had to stop trying other places because the bar set by Cafe Corazon just cannot be met. Whether it’s either of the Karen’s, Emma, Ashlyn, or Ignacio helping you, they’re definitely going to get you right with the best service around!

When I say this is the best coffee in KC I mean it! My wife and I have came here every weekend for 4+ years. We are greeted with the warmth and comfort of seeing good friends and enjoying a cozy atmosphere. Special shout out to Emma, Ashlyn and both Karen’s for making each and every drink with love! If you are wanting a taste of KC’s Latin culture look no further than Café Corazon!

My boyfriend and I became obsessed with this place since the first time we went. The place is small but very cozy and has such a cute vibe. The theme is so pretty and I love the cultural representation and messages and all the Spanish music that they play a lot too! The food is a bit pricey but so so good. The breakfast and beef empanadas are AMAZINGG especially with the salsa. It’s better to go in the morning or early afternoon to grab the empanadas because sometimes they run out later in the day. The pork tamale was great too!! And don’t get me started on the Benito’s coquito. I crave that drink every single day and I hope it stays on the menu! I need to try the other drinks too but I keep getting the coquito every time. Love that they have a domino set too. My boyfriend is Puerto Rican and I’m Colombian so we love a good game of dominoes. We always play a few games when we come here. We’ve brought family here too and they loved it. Such a great place and the service has always been so nice!

This location was fantastic, the staff taught us the correct way to pour Yerba Mate and the drinks were so good. I tried the traditional Yerba Mate but the flight was also a great purchase! They also sell the ingredients and straws if you want to make it at home. Absolutely support your local Cafe Corazon!

This was a really cute coffee shop! I got the mocha Sevilla, which was really flavorful. The orange was a prominent flavor with noticeable zest pieces, and I really enjoyed that. It would have been a little better if the zest had been strained out from a mouth feel perspective, but I still loved the drink. The food left a little to be desired. The tamale was really flavorful but was quite small and could have used a little more filling. The plant-based burrito was good, but on the dry side. Overall, I would come here again - and I definitely want to try their other drinks.
