Me and my stepson came to Cafe Collage for resources regarding his Collage future. Unfortunately we weren't given a good experience. We met with Celeste Sotelo, she was very condisending and overall seemed to just not want us there. She lacks good customer service . Her facial expressions and tone of voice gave us the impression that she was annoyed. My stepson tends to ask questions. He asked a question and she rolled her eyes. It wasn't direct but when she turned to do something I could see that she had rolled her eyes. In general she spoke to us in a annoyed and condisending tone. Very unclear and would sigh a lot.
This past Saturday, HS students from my church spent time at Cafe College. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The presentation by Ms. Duenas was so informative and the students left with tools and techniques they can start working on to prepare for college. This is my third time attending with my church and Cafe College never disappoints.
They won't schedule an appointment. They close at 7 I arrived at 5:20 and said that they were not gonna have time to help me. It has happened multiple times already.
Incredibly helpful people. Erika Garcia was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She could not have done more to get my application on the way. Thank you!
Ms. Carlton greeted me and helped me sign in easy and quick. Mrs. Losoya was very sweet and patient while helping me fill out my application for College and financial aid and well informed me with all questions and concerns I may have had. Ms. Rivera helped keep little boy company and supplied him with crayons and drawings to keep him busy, as well as helped my sister with her concerns about college. All ladies were very nice. 👍
