Atmosphere: I really enjoyed my time at Café La Maude. Although the restaurant appears small from the outside, it’s surprisingly spacious inside, with plenty of tables and additional seating in the back. We went for weekday brunch, and the timing was perfect since there was no wait at all. Food: We decided to try savory rather than sweet brunch options. We ordered the Red Shakshuka, which came with Lebanese beef sausage, fingerling potatoes, and eggs. I had the Short Ribs Benny, featuring pulled short ribs sautéed with peppers, onions, mushrooms, and potato hash, topped with two perfectly poached eggs. The portions were generous, and the food was incredibly filling! You’ll definitely have enough for takeaway. Service: The service was quick and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.
Excellent food, anything on the menu is great. The french toast with nutella was great just the right amount of nutella and has berry sauce that makes a perfect combo. The open face burrito is divine with unique flavors signature to Lebanese food.
I love coming here and i’m never disappointed. the owner is incredibly attentive and accommodating and the service is always great. the food is delicious! the menu items are pretty unique so feel free to ask questions about the dishes but i have tried many of their breakfast plates, both savory and sweet and each time the foood is great. fresh, beautiful presentation and flavorful.
This is a Lebanese/French spot with an interesting menu that fuses the two together. Shakshuka, Mediterranean burrito, and many items that came with baguettes. The food was great, with lots of different dishes that were meat or fruit forward, carb heavy like sandwiches with fries or carb light with a wrap. I liked that the quality of meat was better than I expected and the skirt steak on my sandwich was great. The bread on both dishes (avocado toast and le fou) was really good and I loved that the fou was rich and heavy. The brioche was good, the meat was good, and they even provided a really hot hot sauce. Overall, I liked this place a lot
Was glad to have visited one of Philly's hot spot brunch places. The food was delicious and generous in size. Despite the seemingly smaller menu there's great variety in options, each bringing a different flavor profile. The workers were also really nice and accommodating. When they heard there was a birthday they put a candle in one of our orders. Overall the food was not that pricey which was a bonus to see at the end. As long as you come early enough you can get seated right away avoiding the brunch crowd rush.

Where French elegance meets Lebanese warmth in every bite.
