We had the sincere pleasure of working closely with KodiKay Cain, Ricky Cain, Nancy Marie-Ruiz, Connor Johnstone, Elizabeth Edmonson and the entire Cain Realty team. KodiKay and Ricky were exceptional experts in their roles and demonstrated top quality professionalism & expertise through the entire process of selling our condo in Austin. We cannot thank CRG enough for everything they did to help us find our home. As first time homebuyers, it was crucial for us to work with a team that understood our needs (and they were a lot). Under the incredible leadership of Kodikay, CRG exceeded all of our expectations! We were lucky to have randomly met Ethan at an open house, and from the first conversation we had, we knew that we were in the right hands. Ethan took the time to listen to our needs, wants, and priorities. And he would show us homes that met all of those things. Even after missing out on a few homes we thought were ours, he kept a positive and optimistic attitude, and that meant so much during those really difficult days. When Ethan found our home, we could tell it was meant to be! From the second we got the initial phone call about it to the moment we went under contract (SAME DAY!) to closing, CRG made sure to take care of us every step of the way. Nancy Marie kept updating us on tasks we needed to complete and explaining things that as first time homebuyers, it’s not obvious to us. I have purchased and sold 6 homes or rental properties in the last 20 years. Elizabeth Edmonson with Cain Realty reached out to me a couple of years ago via phone. I strangely took the cold call. For some reason I just liked her approach. Concise, practical, and informative without feeling like a pressured sales pitch. She stayed in touch periodically over the next year as I requested. When I was finally ready to sell, she thoroughly answered all my questions making me feel like this was a company that would truly work hard to sell my house while making things easy for me. Kodi Cain took over and earned her money as my rental house went from a potential easy sell to an unexpected nightmare as I found mold after my tenant moved out. Long story short they connected me to amazing professionals who handled mold remediation, basic home repairs and my panic in the prep to get my house on the market. Selling your house in a very down, sellers market is never ideal but they offered sound advice helping me make good decisions. In all I would highly recommend this team. They were beyond easy to work with from start to finish working so hard to market the house and then wrap up the details (thank you Nancy) at close. Great team. Cain Realty made selling easy in a difficult market.
