Highly recommend Cales Handyman Service! Very polite with great communication, efficient, well priced, clean and tidy, and respectful. He did an outstanding job repairing my downlight, including the plastering and painting — looks perfect. A great local service and even better tradesmen! :)

2 months ago i was looking for a handyman and found Cale based on google reviews and took a punt. I needed hooks in the ceiling and walls to hang curtain rails, pot plants, a heavy mobile in a rental property. I sent photos and video to Cale to explain what I needed. He provided a quote and we arranged for a day for him to come to the house. Cale explained differences in fixtures, guided through steps of what he was doing, involved me during and after, asked questions when needed and gave me options. Cale also solved how to mount a heavy light fixture on the wall. I am extremely happy with Cale's service, diligence, workmanship, knowledge and attention to detail. Excellent service and communication and also great price. 10/10 will use Cale's services again.

Cale has been working through a range of issues from installing a new handrail in a c-shaped stairwell, fixing damaged balcony panels, recaulking, and other odds and ends. He is very upfront about what the job entails, talks through options and is clear about potential costs for the different options. He arrives on time and even tidies up - a rarity these days! Cale installed handrails in the stairwell of our three-storey townhouse and completed the job on time and within the quoted estimate, which was reasonable and well itemised. He was punctual, an excellent communicator, and really tidy. Highly recommend his services, and would not hesitate to hire him again.

We engaged Cale to hang a number of framed pictures of varying size and weight throughout our house. He did an excellent job and helped us with decisions about alignment and placement which showed an artistic sensibility. We are very grateful to him and admire his professionalism.
