Paying $12 just for basic wash don't even fully clean the car I still had bird shit and pollen on my trunk like no water ain't touch it at all

Employees here are lazy. The car wash is supposed to be open at 8. You will get there and there are still cones and see the employees are just now starting to open up everything around 815/ 820 even though it says the car wash opens at 8. Not only do they not open on time, there are never cloths available for cleaning. Not to mention the last time that I was there my left mirror was snapped in half when going through the car wash. I told the manager immediately and he filed a claim. Weeks go by and nothing I’m calling and he just says there’s no update and then I come to the car wash to talk to him and he said that there’s nothing that can be done because it’s an accessory. I’m not sure since when did a mirror that came with the car is considered an accessory it’s part of the car. And he also said that because my car is older, they can’t do anything about it. Which to me that is dumb because my car is not falling apart and is well taken care of. Nothing has ever happened to my car until I came to this car wash. So this car wash cost more than $100 of damage to my car and they want to pay. Imagine if something bigger happen? Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
