Terrible experience. Their car wash broke my windshield and then no correspondence for 2 weeks when I called looking for an answer they replied by telling me they were not responsible for their equipment breaking my windshield. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different car wash.

I tried canceling a membership for my car I got rid of. Couldn’t figure it out online so I went into the physical store. Explained. The manager tells me okay. I give him the information he needs and he tells me it’s canceled. Come to find out months later I’m still getting charged 48$ a month. I’ve canceled all my memberships since they have made there new system easier to cancel memberships. I like the car wash and system. But with this experience I’m fine finding somewhere else to use

Today is the first time visiting the car wash on Elmsley in Greensboro and I have to say, I was impressed. The prices were very reasonable, but the customer service was top notch! I asked Max several questions and he was extremely polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He was great! Overall, it was an awesome experience!

Not very impressive at all. No pre wash soap right at the beginning and start rubbing the first into the vehicle. 1/3 of drivers side still dirty and entire rear end of truck missed. Save your money and time. I’ve taken my truck very similar car washes and did a much better job. Go elsewhere.

This was my first visit to caliber car wash on Elmsley in Greensboro. It is one of the most professional car washes I’ve ever been to. The employees were very polite. Everything was where it was supposed to be, cleaning supplies were refilled at your convenience. I mean, it was an overall good experience I will definitely be back.
