Poor communication, unorganized, poor quality check. update 11/14/2025 Just to be clear, this location did not finish the work. However, this the location I originally selected to the work. They were suppose to order the parts when I made the deposit prior dropping of my truck. Parts were not order as promise. I have attempted to reach out my case manager by phone and email to following on the parts, NOTHING! Finally I was able speak with the manager at the time. She stated the parts never got order as promise, so she part a rush on the parts. This is were poor communication and organization are in question. The only called I got from this shop, is when they found out they are not capable of during frame work. Is this call came from another case manager. I was never told that my truck is being handle by another case manager. I just got a called today from a manager from this shop. This is not the same shop manager that I delt with. He claimed I gave a negative review for the wrong location. He claimed he never worked on my truck or handled it. I have asked repeatedly, did I not drop off my truck at your shop initially? Was this shop had initially order the parts for the repair? He continue to argue that the shop had no play of my repair! He continues to deny that they had started job! All I can say is that, the previous shop manager was more understanding and took accountabilities. This new manager seems to argue about the situation and deny them!
Took my car in on a Tuesday and had it back in mint condition in one week! I love this place. The ONLY repair shop I go to. Team is always friendly, efficient, and very communicative throughout the entire process. KUDOS to Brian, Diana, and Fernando for the amazing service! 100% recommend!!
Todd was great to work with during the process. When he walked me through the first time, he laid it all out in detail of how it was going to go. It was a smooth process and fairly quick. Thankfully no damage to my Cadillac CTS from my accident. Todd was also easy going, had good conversation with him about basketball. Great guy. The front desk lady (I don’t remember her name sorry) was really nice and helpful! The coffee was amazing, and she took an extra step to clean out the filter before I used it.
I had a good experience with Caliber Collision. My car was hit while parked and the driver took off. This was the location I choose from my Geico insurance company's list. It was close to home and convenient. Todd Evans was the guy who helped me with the whole process and everything went smooth. He kept me up to date on when my car should be ready, what's done on it, and to be done within 10 days. I picked up my car fix in excellent condition looking fresh as if nothing ever happened in 9 days! Todd is knowledgeable, approachable, and provided excellent customer service. He provided a list of things done on the car with estimates and my deductible to pay when picking up car. The place is clean. The receptionist was kind, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. The staff did an amazing job fixing my car and I am very happy that my car is fixed. The place provides warranty on the parts and I have not had any issues. They make sure your car is good to go before sending you off with it. They even provide a car wash. I do feel like the service they provided exceeds other dealerships. I recommend this place for the future and if friends and family ever need to get their car fixed, this is the place to go! Excellent Service. Above and Beyond . Will is truly a very professional and Trustworthy staff at the Caliber Collision. He delivered an excellent service. My car was fixed and ready four days earlier than scheduled. Before photo (damage on the passenger side) and after photo ( door fixed & damage gone ) of my Subaru. Great job!!!
