Corey is the man! I was involved in an accident and referred to Caliber. You now would have no idea it ever happened as the body and paint are good as new. On top of that, my truck was washed and the interior was fully detailed. Thanks again for excellent service!

The office crew on Caliber Collision, East Evans Ave, Denver was very polite, professional and efficient. My service advisor, MIke Martindale, communicated well by phone and text. He explained every aspect of the body work needed and supported me through the job. Work was finished 2 days early. The car looked immaculate at pickup, actually as good as new! I would highly recommend the East Evans Ave shop.

Fantastic experience! Mike Martindale was my customer service rep and he was amazing! He kept me updated consistently and I felt very valued. Very satisfied with the work that this shop and specifically Mike Martindale did on my car. My car had significant damage and I was skeptical that a repair would be possible. The entire front of my car was destroyed, including the hood, bumper, panels, and front doors. Also had damage to internal systems such as AC unit. Mike really knows what he's doing, and I'm 100% satisfied with the results. All of the body work was repaired to the original condition, and the result is indistinguishable from before the damage. Internal issues were also resolved and everything works perfectly. Fine details such as painting and decals were restored with surprisingly good results. Mike mentioned that he brought in an outside expert to touch up some of those fine details, and I really appreciate the extra effort on his part to make sure that was done to the highest possible standard. Communication was perfect on Mike's part. Estimation was done right away, and he was totally transparent with his evaluation and what I should expect. As promised, Mike updated me every M/W/F at 7am with a brief, but detailed summary of the repair status. Very impressed with the level of professionality on Mike's part. Repair was actually completed slightly ahead of schedule, which I very much appreciated. When I picked up my car, Mike gave me a detailed debrief of the whole repair. In addition, they washed and detailed the car, as well as topping off some fluids that were too low, which was above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be using this shop in the future, and requesting Mike Martindale specifically to be my estimator. I would 100% recommend this shop to friends and family.
