Got back from driving my daughter to school and discovered a nail in my tire. Turns out I had to replace the tire… I was in a super time crunch with having to get to work and I was in and out for service in a half an hour! Staff was thorough and made my unexpected detour this morning, pleasant and painless! Thank you so much and we love doing business with you guys!

horrible place. wouldn’t take out the nail and patch the hole in my tire, even though they say they will. Then they tried to scam me in buying a $400 tire. I then brought my tire with the nail in it to another place and they were able to remove it easily and quickly. This place tries to scam you into spending a ridiculous amount of money. The employees are also liars and will have no problem lying to your face.

I really love that they have this free service where they can fill up the air in your tires and inspect them. I drive by there once every three or four months. It's been really helpful because I would not have noticed when my tires were wearing down and I'm sure I would've had some flat tires if it wasn't for this service. If you do get a flat tire, they can often just fix it for you for free! That seems absolutely amazing to me because that would be an all day adventure for me to try to fix it myself. On this visit I got new tires. It was pretty amazing because I was able to give them a call, talk to them about the options, drive-in, and get my new tires all within one hour! They have really amazing technology to assist with their service. Everybody has a headset and a smart phone that interact really well. People can communicate with each other within the office and different work areas. Their phones can somehow analyze the tires and keep track of each of the different cars. The interaction is really modern and seamless!

I had a terrific experience today, and this is probably my 5th or 6th time buying tires from this store. I purchased the tires on the DT website, and made my appointment online. When I showed up the check-in process was seamless. Saying that the staff is attentive would be grossly understated. I interacted with at least four individuals during the hour that I was there. With a pending storm tomorrow, it was extremely busy. That said, the staff never balked, never lost their cool, and greeted every customer like they were relatives (the relatives you like). There were plenty of annoying customers in there who would have made life difficult for anyone in the service industry, but this team handled everyone with care and patience. Dave was especially helpful on the phone and during check-in. I will always start here when I’m shopping for tires. I know what I want on my Toyotas, and they almost always have what I need or can get it within a day. Big ups to this DT team! I say, they really looked like they were having fun in the shop. It’s a shop culture thing, and it’s contagious.

All associates were kind and happy to help with a smile. Fast, honest and fair. I got upgraded to better winter tires for no additional charge because one of the tires I bought was damaged. The place was insanely busy today due to winter storms coming in and I was still in and out in an hour. James was very helpful! Thanks!!
