I absolutely recommend Caliber Collision for all your collision repair needs. Their customer service is amazing. The front desk representative was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made a stressful situation feel much more comfortable from the start. Leaving your car at a repair shop can be overwhelming, but I was reassured by both the front desk staff and my assigned appraiser that my car was in good hands. The appraiser took the time to clearly explain the repair process and made me feel at ease when discussing my car and what to expect. The communication throughout the entire experience was excellent. I had previously gone to Faulkner Collision and did not feel comfortable due to a lack of communication, but Caliber was the complete opposite. They made me feel relieved and confident knowing my car was being well taken care of. Very highly recommended!

Had my first experience at Caliber Collision in South Philly and it was top-notch from start to finish. Kate handled my service and delivered truly quality care the whole way through. Her communication was excellent, she kept me updated, and the attention to detail in the work was fantastic. I genuinely appreciated how smooth and professional everything felt, and I’m grateful I had Kate as my rep. I will recommend this place to my friends and family, definitely.

Popped in the side bottom panel of my car in 2 less than mins and at no cost! During the estimate, after quickly reviewing the issue and trying herself, Bri asked one of the guys, Kano, to come push in the section. Was back to perfect in no time. Friendly, honest and easy. Couple other people I interacted with were also was very nice
