We took our much loved BMW, Bernie, here on Geico's recommendation. The shop was clean. The customer service was great. Gentry, our point of contact called weekly and kept me informed. Very personable. When our second vehicle was in a minor accident a few days after Bernie went into the shop we did selected the same shop again. We were not disappointed. (A quick tip for anyone with insurance make sure you get rental car coverage. Just in case. You never know. Luckily we had it for both cars.)

Scheduled for them to look at our car that had some road damage, confirmed the time with their coordinator the day prior and no one was there. Wife was sitting there waiting and even though their office hours start at 7:30, nope, no one’s there. Avoid if you can.

They did a good job with repairing my van but returned it with damage in an area that they were not supposed to go near. They were also a week late from the estimate time to be ready. The staff and people I talked with were great and nice and thorough with questions and answers.

I like this place, they have taken great care of me and my family when we have auto insurance claims and repairs to be made. I was hoping when I hit a red light runner that my Ford focus electric car would be able to be repaired, but it came back totalled! The minor body work needed for my VW Passat though was able to be completed in a timely manner with great communication and service. I would use valliber collision again and again.
