⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Caliber Collision Unfortunately, I had to bring my truck in for some body and tire work—but fortunately, I brought it to Caliber Collision on Gasoline Alley. While the job itself wasn’t huge, the level of care and attention they gave it made you feel like it was. The work was thorough, clean, and done with true professionalism. Big job or small, they treat every vehicle like it matters—and that says a lot. David, as always, took great care of everything, stayed on top of communication, and followed up to make sure the job was done right. That kind of service is rare these days. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and genuinely respectful. When I picked up my truck, it looked perfect—honestly, better than expected. It was one of those moments where you pause and think, “Yeah… this is why I came here.” Anytime I have an issue in the future, I won’t even shop around. I’ll be bringing it straight back to Caliber Collision. Highly recommend.

Great experience overall. Customer service was wonderful, repairs were completed on time. Although, there was a minor scratch on the tint, they quickly fixed and resolved the issue without hesitation. I’m so grateful for George and David for their attentiveness, communication and getting my car taken care of and returned back to its original state prior to the accident.

Not good customer service in this location. Staff make a promise that my vehicle done the 2nd date that they scheduled. My vehicle in the shop for a month and a days ! We're paying out of pocket for rental car. Staff told us its be done on this day., this day, this day etc. Insurance will pay only 24 days. We Return the car rental that they provide us. Still my vehicle still in the shop, I called again the location to follow up still the same .

Very professional kept me updated on everything. Even more than my own insurance. Very polite and respectful. Even got my vehicle done early and as well washed it and shined my tires. Would recommend anyone to get their service. If you use them. I’m pretty sure you will use them anytime you ever end up in a accident or situation that causes you to need repairs.
