I've went to all the Sparkling Car Washes in Bakersfield and this is the one I like best. All of them have very nice and friendly workers but this one is closer to home.

This is the 5th time I have been here, with NO TRASH bags- I am told “on back order” I think they are lying- if it is no longer part of the job, just tell the costumer

The system they have here is awful. Basically you have to stop and wait behind all the cars to get checked in by 1 associate. If they are going to do this, they should have 2 lines. One line for members and one for non-members. Most of us dont have time to wait for a customer with a bunch of questions. That would be me if I wasn't a member. I drove my car straight through, because I wasn’t aware of it. The guy in the red shirt asked me for a ticket. I told him I dont have one. I’m used to getting one when I drive straight up to the vacuum like the one on White Ln. He was pretty rude about it. I don’t appreciate his attitude. He should have explained things to me instead of accusing me of cutting in line.

DO NOT GO THERE WASTE OF MONEY, it should be negative stars for them i will give them negative -5, they charged me $200 and they washed my car from outside and just waxed my car seats that is it, they said we shampooed the carpets and carpets were dirty like it was earlier don’t go there and waste you time it would be much better to wash your car at automatic car station by yourself. I mean $200 for the outside wash which could be done in $7 to $10 and spray wax the seats you can buy that spray wax from outside i think for $10. I REPEAT DONOT GO THERE.
