Caliber is top notch. Highly recommend. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and their communication is fantastic. Brought my Lexus in due to a front end accident. Came out looking brand new. Great job all the way around. They even worked with the car rental company. I also want to say thank you to the person who detailed my car after the repair. Not a spot of dirt to be found and they took the extra time to even clean the inside of the door jams. Attention to detail, wow! Thanks Caliber for a job well done.

Like so many others reviewing here I had a great experience with Caliber. The Interbay location near the Air Force base was my choice as I live in South Tampa. My car was hit by a young driver and as a result we went through her insurance GEICO. I was given a choice of several body shops and based on reviews I looked into Caliber and eventually chose CC to do the work. Owning a VW I saw that they wear certified by VW. That was all I needed. CC exceeded my expectations and finished the work some 5 days earlier than the time estimated. From the first greeting and further interactions with Julie Stosh at front desk to my advisor Jamiere Espada who was in constant communication all the way up to a visible and engaging GM Jeff Lionberger. Every interaction was beyond my expectations. Caliber is a model that many current companies need to aspire to be. Just don’t find exceptional much anymore. Thank you Caliber for hitting that exceptional mark. Hope I don’t have to be back, but should I need essential work done to my car I most certainly will choose you again.

These guys did an absolute amazing job with my brand new Chevrolet. I was sideswiped down my entire passenger side. Two hurricanes passed, and they still got it back to me in a timely manner. I’m very detailed oriented, and I couldn’t tell anything had happened. Tim and his staff are rock stars!!
