Insurance sent us here after our catalytic converters were stolen. Imagine our dismay when we picked up our truck to find our dash cam had been uninstalled and stolen as well! My husband asked about it at the time of pickup, and the response he got was, “Well the truck wasn’t with us the whole time.” I understand the work was done at a different shop, but we left our vehicle with Caliber due to parts being stolen, and we picked it up with new, different parts stolen. Someone here or at the shop they do business with has sticky fingers. If I were shop owner I’d want to find that individual real fast; if they’re stealing from customers, they’re stealing from you!
