Amazing experience from start to finish. Great communication from drop off to pick-up. Nancy and Fermin were both amazing and went above and beyond! Will absolutely recommend and never use anyone else in the future.

This was our first time using this shop. We picked this shop off of a list USAA provided us and per Google it had a high score on reviews. My wife's first experience with this place was after showing up and while waiting to be helped, she got to listen to two employees complain to each other about how much they hate their jobs. We should've took that first interaction as a sign and explored other options. Instead we proceeded with this place. We were initially told that they would have to order the parts, they would have them in a few days and then it would take a week to repair. We dropped the car off in a few days as we were told. It was after that the communication with this shop went South. We would get automated messages that told us the status of the car and that it would be done in a few days, but when calling the shop directly to check on the car, we were told that someone would call us back and they never did. The communication wasn't very good at all. After calling them numerous times with no call back, we were finally informed the car was done and would be ready for pickup. When we arrived at the time we were told it would be ready and was just being cleaned, it was still not ready. After waiting for a couple hours past the time it was supposed to be ready we got the car back and were confused because it was dirty so not sure what they cleaned. Looking over the car we immediately noticed that they completely missed replacing a damaged fender flare, door seal of the replaced door was loose, and the front windshield had paint over-spray all over the driver's side. One other interesting thing is that the Final bill they provided us was significantly less than the final bill they actually sent USAA, so I am a little curious about what that is all about. No we will never use this place again and yes I will probably replace the missed fender flair myself. Not sure how the reviews are as good as they are.

Our experience with Caliber Collision was excellent. The repair work was completed exactly as promised and met a very high standard. However, the true highlight of the experience was working with Fermin and Nancy. They made me feel genuinely well taken care of and consistently went above and beyond to ensure exceptional service.
