My car had failed emissions and I immediately called chandler west auto. I called and spoke to David. He said bring it in and we’ll take a look. I was there quick because they’re right next to the emissions place. David looked at my car, went and grabbed the mechanic Matt and Matt snapped the part that was loose back in. I was back at emissions within 15 minutes from when I called them and passed. David was super nice and helpful. I appreciate the help they both gave me. Thank you so much!!

West Auto Repair recently repaired my fuel tank, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the repair in simple terms, and gave me upfront expectations about the process. The team was knowledgeable and courteous, keeping me updated along the way and completing the work on time. My vehicle runs perfectly now, and I appreciate their professionalism and transparency. I highly recommend West Auto Repair to anyone needing reliable fuel system repairs or general auto service.

Matt and Jordan were amazing! We got an oil/filter change fluids checked. Brakes checked. Prices fair. Service great! Cleanest garage we've seen! Very knowledgeable and helpful with some of our unique needs. We appreciate their time. We will be back.

Oh, how I wish we had found Matt years ago!! I took my car into another popular auto shop here in ahwatukee for a routine oil change and inspection this past week. This other auto shop came back to me stating that I needed 4-5 services done that would have cost me over $1600!! My boyfriend found Matt online, and he agreed to give us another opinion the very next day. After only driving my car into the service bay, Matt laughs and exclaims, "There's nothing wrong with this car!!" Not only did he save me an entire month's worth of rent, but he then took the next hour out of his clearly busy day to explain and physically show me on my car the proposed issues and why they did not need fixing! My boyfriend and I learned so much!! P.S. They have the sweetest receptionist!!
