My car got hit recently and I selected this Caliber shop to handle my repairs. Rudy came out to inspect the damages and advise me of all my options. Later on after I'm dealing with insurance questions and Rudy has zero obligations to help me, he continued to be patient, responsive and incredibly helpful. I genuinely felt like he had my best interest in mind instead of just making money for his shop. That's rare. If I ever need a body shop again I'll go with this Caliber shop first.

These guys were fantastic and the communication while they had my car was excellent. The staff were all great. Rudy was my service advisor and was very responsive. I even got my car back a day early.

My wife got into a minor wreck and her car needed some work. We took our car to Caliber and the experience honestly couldn’t have been easier. The car is back and you’d never know it had ever had any damage to the bumper, headlights, hood and fender panel. They even gave it a really nice wash. John was awesome to work with. He kept me updated the entire time and was just a cool guy all around. Hopefully we never need any repairs again from an accident but if we do I’ll for sure come back to this location.

Rudy was super communicative and everyone I spoke to was super kind and quick to answer any questions! They also repaired my vehicle very quickly! My car was rear ended by another driver 11/4 and I think I dropped it off shortly after that and got my car back 11/18 expected 11/21!

Extremely poor workmanship. Much longer story to this, but I would never recommend them to anybody. They’ve had my vehicle in five separate times to fix repairs and paint and still cannot get it done right. And there’s a lot more than just what these photos showed. Unfortunately I can’t post videos, which shows a lot more issues in detail. Very disappointed.
