After hitting a deer that caused alot of damage to my vehicle, this place was a miracle to our family. They communicated with me over and over 3x a week to talk about progress. They did excellent work and was great to work with. I would have them make any repairs again in the future.

My insurance (Progressive) tried talking me out of going to Caliber claiming it was difficult and took longer as they “werent direct” but I trusted the reviews. I didn’t have a single delay despite needing 2025 replacement parts in 2025 and their office team processed the claim so quickly. Everyone was extremely polite and knowledgable and kept me informed the entire process. Despite my insurance not covering it, I wanted an alignment done and they were very timely about the additional request. When I got it back I had some small concerns regarding how it rode. Caliber was so helpful they even picked up my car and corrected it the same day since I could not leave work. Honestly love this shop, would 100% come here again and recommend them endlessly

I went into Caliber to see how much it would cost to get a huge scratch buffed out of my brand new car, and they took her to the back and buffed that right out, for free!! They were amazing and helped me with no appointment. I would recommend them to anyone and will be taking my repair work to them from now on!

Caliber collision was very professional and when we called, they had the car in within a week. Ryan went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, when he didn’t have to. They also gave the car a light cleaning which was great. Couldn’t recommend them enough for auto repairs.
