This a shout out to Max the owner who has always gone above and beyond when I have had any issues with my spa. I purchased over a year ago and as I got to understand the hot tub including maintenance both he and Leah have supported me. I was reminded of this when I decided to drive to their new location about 40 minutes from me just to pick up my chemicals. I was thinking of a different product and Leah helped me weigh out the nuances which led me to trying the new version. Hot tubs can have problems. You want a company that sells them to you to also be there when there are hiccups. This is your team! Thanks Max and Leah for taking care of me!

I would definitely recommend ordering from California Hot Tubs rather than an online company. Our experience buying a hot tub with Leah was fantastic. She gave us great advice when we were deciding which tub we wanted and what features we should add. We never felt like she was trying to upsell us on any unnecessary items. She connected us with a crane company, Tony, and their delivery guy, Ed, and the delivery and set up went smoothly. Tony & Ed have worked together before and everything went smoothly, despite the difficult location. Leah even offered to help us troubleshoot if we have any issues after we get it up and running.

Max and Leah offer the best showroom I have seen in West LA and have exceptional service. I had been speaking with them for almost year before we made the purchase of our hot tub. I am very appreciative of their patience and support choosing the right one. Unfortunately, our house burned down from the Palisades fire after we purchased it and I was blown away they gave back the non-refundable deposit. It says a lot about this organization and I would encourage anyone looking for a hot tub to check out their convenient showroom. Much appreciative Max and Leah. We will be back when time comes!

Leah was awesome to work with and made my first experience purchasing a CalSpa super easy and informative. She really took the time to go over a lot of models with me made sure I got the perfect spa. The purchasing and delivery were super easy. I love the spa and can’t recommend Leah enough.
