The doctor at this practice is the rudest doctor I have ever met. I wonder if he is receiving an illegal kickback from the company accutane because that's all he wants to offer his patients for acne. So if you don't want accutane, forget about going in. His literal words were "If you don't want accutane then I guess you don't want it cured." Worst bedside manner I have ever seen.

Dr. Bock’s clinic should have a sign out front saying “Sponsored by Accutane” since that’s all he seems to want to prescribe to patients struggling with acne. I’m 16 and the first appointment I had at this clinic was for an acne treatment. The doctor insisted on Accutane as the only option and, because of the birth control requirement, suggested an IUD—completely inappropriate for someone my age. My mother and I came in for a follow up, and we left extremely disappointed. The staff was polite overall, but one staff member seemed completely unqualified, struggling to spell the word “sulfur,” which is a basic term in dermatology and acne treatments. That alone was concerning. When Dr. Bock entered, he immediately accused me of not picking up my prescription, which was false. My mom stood up for me and clarified that the mistake was on their end, but instead of apologizing, he dismissed me, saying that since I didn’t want Accutane or “listen,” he wouldn’t see me anymore. To make it worse, a staff member smirked during the entire exchange. Dr. Bock is arrogant, rude, unprofessional and seriously needs to retire. He treats patients with no respect and acts as though we need him to be “cured.” Save your time and find a dermatologist who actually listens and supports their patients.

The most insensitive, inconsiderate, uninformative & unkind doctor's office situation l've ever endured. Crooked. We were referred to Dr. Bock by our primary care doctor since what we're trying to treat can only be treated by a dermatologist. Not only did we have to reach to get any form of response, other than thousand dollars worth of lasers not covered by insurance, Dr Bock was atrocious. His words were “topical medication doesn’t work” and snidely states he knows because he’s been practicing 40+ years and we’re stupid. How he is still practicing is beyond me & I will be filing a complain with the board as I work for a dr office as well, I am disgusted by his behavior. The two nurses were lovely, but the front desk is rude and Dr. Bock needs to go. He's horrific, and I have room for grace in my heart, but this was atrocious.

Dr Bock and staff were very kind and welcoming. I was greeted with kindness by the receptionist and then welcomed by Dr Bocks assistant Amber. I didn’t feel rushed at all when being examined by Dr Bock. He proceeded to address the concerns I had and then went over additional observations he had noted. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and at ease and for quickly taking care of my issue rather than scheduling another visit.

Dr. Bock is an excellent physician. He has done my skin cancer surgeries with precision and care. My face has had multiple surgeries, which he has made it so that they are hardly visible. I’m thankful for his amazing skills and hope he never retires. Also, his staff is really great!
