I recently completed an online meditation course with Cam, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I had done a little meditation before, using apps, but I never properly understood how much it could help me. It’s been a couple of months since I did that course, and I’m already noticing a few changes. At work, I handle stress so much better, and take less of it home.
