First of all RUDE! The older lady that was present spoke to my younger sister in a disrespectful tone after she was asked a simple question. I’m not sure if she was defensive or just thought she could speak to a young girl however she wished but my sisters excitement about her first camera disappeared quickly after the woman spoke to her as if her question was a nuisance. It’s a gently used camera store, asking if all the cameras on the floor work should not be an issue and as a salesperson you should know how to interact with customers better. Give someone your full attention instead of being on your phone. I was very displeased

I contacted Camera Exchange in an effort to sell my late brother's camera equipment. I was quickly contacted by Bill S. and he was great. We scheduled a visit (metro Detroit) and Bill showed up on time and ready to review all the photography equipment I needed to sell. Bill was great and we negotiated a very fair price. I'm happy that we were able to make a deal and that the equipment was quickly packed and transported from my location.
