Some employees were very helpful others not so prices were reasonable but not the best of course bigger retail stores will offer these items for cheaper such as Newegg and Amazon but products like the GPUs were cheaper than Amazon but Amazon offers cheaper motherboards and RAM Newegg the same I do like the reasonably priced open box items did not like the fact that some monitors on display I wasn't able to access because they were not accessible or hooked up to multiple monitors some had passcodes so you could not look at specs adjust lighting settings things like that separately there were prices not displayed beneath the items so i found myself having to look the item up online or looking for nearest customer service rep which sometimes was alittle hard to do some of the employees were busy others were just doing nothing but not welcoming mostly some of the older Caucasians workers when I asked for help they were very sarcastic and seem as if I was being an inconvenience to them black employees were very helpful 90% even if some wasn't very knowledgeable in regards to certain spec requirements and mounting sizes not knowing you are very tech savvy another thing that I noticed The TVs and monitors were cheaper online TV mounts Vesa mounts were overpriced compared to online prices I felt like the pricing was best when it came to GPUs and CPUs love seeing items on display and so many options the building was kind of rundown bathrooms were pretty clean overall enjoy the experience compared to ordering online Will I return yeah sure if I need a GPU or a part that I am not willing to wait for definitely worth the trip!
Disappointed for sure. I came in to buy 5 Desktop computers listed on sale I found online. When I got there I was informed there was a limit of 1 per household. I went online to see if I missed that and there was nothing that stated that on the product page just the price of $599. I then found out it does says that but only when you go to check out which I never did because I new I would be purchasing these in store. I spoke to a manager to see if we could work this out I was told there is nothing they could do about it unless I bought there extended service plan that i did not want. This is actually the second time I was pressured with this upsell tactic. I was told they could not sell more to me because the sale price was at cost (LOL we all know that's not true or you wouldn't be in business.) As I last resort because I don't like trying to pressure to get what I believe is doable I informed them that I could go to Best Buy and there limit for the same price similar Desktop was 3 and could they at least sell me the three they told me they could sell me 1 at the listed sale price and the others at full price ($899 BTW) which i felt was kinda insulting the way it was presented. So now I will go to Best Buy who agreed to sell me all five at the sale price, so nice of them. As a side note Micro Center had a quantity or 18 in that particular store so I was in no way buying them out. I unfortunately will longer shop with them even though they used to be my go to electronics store. Best Buy and Amazon unfortunately from now on.
Big shoutout to Jessica S.! I stopped in Saturday for a $300 monitor and walked out spending twice as much with my dream one—$250 off and totally worth it. Jessica was super professional, friendly, and sold me on the upgrade. 🙌 Thanks again, Jessica… and sorry for pulling you out of your section 🤣 I’ll be back!
Went into get a pc was directed to Curtis V. He helped me get the best pc within my limit for the best value. Also wanted a headset and he recommended wireless which i havent had in years. While Curtis gathered my order another gentleman helped me w a headset and saved me $30 with a price match. Was congratulated by the manager as well. Overall amazing experience amd my pc/headset has been amazing. Thanks guys!
We drove almost two hours to pick up parts for a PC build my son and I were putting together for his gaming system. The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is that I ran into an issue and needed customer service help. I called on three separate occasions… all of which they were supposed to return my call within 24 hours… it’s been two weeks, still no call, but luckily we got it figured out on our own. Great place to source items for your build, just don’t expect any sort of phone interaction.
