Cameron has been my therapist for over a year now. I can say that my life and the quality of my mental health have gotten infinitely better since starting our work together. He is a skilled therapist, who is very compassionate, understanding, intelligent, and relatable. He has taught me so many concepts that others have glossed over in the past. He also has a unique ability to blend different therapy modalities in a way that is workable for me specifically. He has also been there for me through many crises and has helped me walk away with a sense of courage, optimism and insight. I would highly recommend Cameron to anyone struggling with anxiety, OCD, or even strong emotions. I cannot say enough good things.

I just wanted to share how grateful I am for Cameron's support and guidance during a really difficult time in my life.
