I went to QVB shop and had a amazing experience with helpful Camilla shop staffs. We definitely made some purchases. Whereas at Parramatta Westfield shops it was a different treatment all together.

Today, I encountered an extremely rude and discriminatory sales assistant. The beautiful pink dress she wore only amplified her arrogance and lack of grace. The way she looked at people—judgmental and condescending—was truly unsettling.

I visited this store as I always love visiting QVB when travelling to Sydney but was so disappointed by the lack of service I received and walked out. I ended up at Westfield store at Brookvale today and added 3 items including one of the new White Lotus with matching clutch and a new shirt.

I attended the QVB store on Friday after calling ahead and making an appointment for my mum. We were greeted by three lovely young ladies, Sofia, Mimi and Clair. The girls couldn't do enough to help us with our choices, including running to the storeroom on a different level to get different sizes and styles on a several occasions. The girls were so friendly and kind to my mum, my daughter and myself. Thank you ladies for making our shopping experience at Camilla QVB so wonderful.

You would hope the actual owner reads these low reviews, but by the looks of it, NO one actually reads or cares. Camilla QVB has THE worst customer service ever!! QVB is the centre where most tourists walk around, shop, and should supposedly be enjoying 'Friendly Australian service', but sadly, not at this store. The young girls on duty there, on Thurs 25 Jan were down right rude, arrogant, and not wanting to be there. Didn't really care who was in or out, or needed assistance. They were just enjoying each other's company, chatting and exchanging silly conversation. (Or do they choose who to cater to and who not to, pending on the appearance?) Seriously! Something needs to be done. The younger generation are truely getting worse with the quality and value of good customer service and work ethics.
