This review is 14 years overdue. I met my wife at Camino Bakery in 2011. To this day, this is still our favorite Winston-Salem spot to get coffee and pastries. I'm still making memories here with my 3 year old boy most Saturday mornings. Yes, the coffee and treats are amazing... I don't know how it could get any better? Its fantastic. The stars of the show, however, are the wonderful people that have served over the years to make Camino such a special place in Winston-Salem. Just a few moments in the same room as the owner, Carrie, you can tell that she's an angel of a person. Kate and Kristie at 4th street are the dream team... so full of love and joy. Ian and Brian down at Brookstown are constantly a pleasure to run into. On behalf of our family, Camino is more than a cup of coffee or a croissant. This place has set in motion the culture and the heart of Winston Salem, long before this city drew in so many people. This city wouldn't be the same without Camino Bakery, and the beautiful people that show up to work each day. We love you guys!

Service was excellent! Autumn spice mile was perfect and not too sweet! Matcha was made well. Paradise peach iced tea was refreshing. We had the tarts de Santiago, mixed berry danish, almond horn, and the death by chocolate brownie and all were exceptionally well made. The tarte and brownie were gf and both were amazing! We had someone in a wheelchair and easily got her in and there was room inside as well while being easy to navigate.

Friendly staff, good coffee, and delicious pastries. Would recommend the mushroom mozzarella quiche and the giant chocolate chip cookie.

Is one of the best coffees I ever try! The place is a little bit small but definitely a good and chill atmosphere. More for Work or study time 🤩☕️

I recently visited Camino Bakery and had a delightful experience! This cute little spot offers not only good service but also the tastiest almond croissant I’ve ever had. The coffee was superb, with the drip coffee being particularly tasteful. My kids loved their hot chocolate, which was a big plus. The ambience is beautiful and creates a great vibe for anyone looking to relax or work. The place was clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant environment to spend time in. Overall, this coffee place is a gem with great service, delicious treats, and an inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend!
