Friendly staff and great facility! They were very helpful answering questions before I brought in my dog for the first time! I love that I can watch him play on the cameras. Easy booking through the app! When I pick him up they always share stories about the dogs he played with, the staff knows them all by name and it’s so comforting to know he is treated like family!

Camp Bow Wow at Highland Park was absolutely wonderful! The staff was so kind and patient in helping our sweet boy get reacclimated to daycare again. They truly understood his needs and made sure he felt comfortable and cared for. This was the perfect option for him while I was attending a conference in town, and it gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. We are so grateful for their compassion and professionalism—highly recommend!

My dog loves it there so much he tries to “hide” when it is time to come home. Everyone there is his very favorite person. And they love him back and know his preferences and how to make sure he is having a good time when he is there. I feel so lucky that he gets to go to such a fun, safe place when he isn’t at home.

I have been taking my dogs to Camp Bow Wow on Washington Boulevard for the past twelve years. In this time, I have experienced great communication, great service, and compassion for the loss of my dogs that have crossed over the rainbow bridge. Michelle, the proprietor, is kind and easy to talk to. I love that I can have training for my dogs while they're at camp, and I've also taken advantage of the nail trims. When boarding the dogs, my dogs always come home tired and happy. If there is ever an incident at camp (an accident scratch or bite, dog arguments, etc.), I am told about it as soon as I collect my dog. This is the only place I trust, as it has a stellar reputation and wins awards for service year after year. I highly recommend!

Camp Bow Wow staff are really friendly and attentive. They noted that our dog Noona wasn't eating well and offered to give her some pumpkin to improve her appetite. Kim even went above and beyond in making our dog's stay special, celebrating her birthday when we were away. They were accommodating of our last minute schedule changes and even remembered to schedule a grooming session for her because we couldn't find a slot for her last time. We are really impressed and would highly recommend this location.
