Nice to have a campsite close to home with many activities. Expected to fall asleep to crickets but instead fell asleep to the sounds of i20 and airplanes. Latrines were nice when walking to the bathroom was not convenient. Pirate ship, castle, fort and mulch mountains were fun. A lot of the kids liked the caves. It wasn't for us but glad we tried. Glad the pack planned our trip here.

Holy wow Cub Scouts! This place had changed since I came as a kid. If you get a chance to go with your little scout then GO! The bathroom/shower facilities are super clean and nice. They layout is very easy to navigate and of my the activities. They have man made caves that you actually need a flashlight for. There is a cool old western fort that has the bb gun range in the back.... it even had a stockade for the unruly ones 😉. There are two huge 2 story pirate ships that you can do water balloon fights across. They have a cool medieval fort complete with jousting and catapults. There's even a maze by the castle. Cool play ground and several othe neat places for the kids to let their imaginations run. Can't say enough good things!

Awesome camp hidden right in the DFW area. First time there with our pack and Cub Scout den and boys had a great time. Lots of places to hike and explore and learn new skills.

Camp Wisdom is a great place for scouts to camp. The amenities are good and the sites are maintained. One of the best things I love about Camp Wisdom is it's in Dallas and literally in the middle of town. Very easy to get in and out of. It's right off the I-20.
