This Canadian Tire branch is honestly amazing! 🤩 It has everything you could possibly need 🥳. Prices are usually very reasonable, and there are often great discounts 🙂—though, like anywhere, a few items can be a bit pricey 🙃. Still, whenever I’m looking for a car part or anything else, I always find it quickly. 😛 The aisles are clean, tidy, and very well organized, which makes shopping easy and enjoyable 👌🧼. I genuinely enjoy shopping here! 🫶🏻🦋🌼🙏🏻 Today was my first time using their oil change service, and overall it was a great experience 🚗🛢️. I had an appointment at 9:00 AM, and the staff were super nice and welcoming 😊. The whole service took exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes, which is actually very fast compared to other stores I’ve tried ⏱️—especially since I usually use different locations when reviewing. The total price, including the oil filter, was 137 CAD, which is pretty standard and consistent 💵. They forgot to put the windshield sticker for the next service, but instead, they updated the car’s computer system with the next due date—so no real issue there 👍. Everything seems professional so far; if I notice any problems later, I’ll definitely update my review. They do have a waiting room 🪑, but honestly, this part was a letdown 😕. The coffee machine wasn’t free, which was surprising since many other locations offer free coffee and water bottles ☕🚫💧. Visited the store Dec 9 to pick up an online order, called the telephone number posted outside for service, had to make two calls but nobody came while I stood outside. Went inside to customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor. After explaining my frustration with the situation, the supervisor was unapologetic, spoke to me rudely, took zero accountability for the service issue, and offered nothing more. He brought me my order without a word… One of the worst customer service experiences in my life and I will never return to Canadian Tire - you’ve lost a lifetime customer.

One of the staff members went above and beyond — he patiently looked through the product catalogue for several minutes and eventually located the correct item for me. Excellent service and very professional. I really appreciated his time and effort. To be honest, I didn't expect this type of effort.

I went in looking for a very basic house plant pot. The website showed over a hundred in stock, but none could be found in the store. After spending about 15 minutes searching for help and speaking with two representatives, I was told that due to maintenance, a lot of merchandise is currently unaccounted for. Unfortunately, no one seemed to know where the items actually were. They even said that if I order it online there's a chance they simply cancel the order because they can't find it. I think the store could really benefit from better organization, inventory management, and customer service, so that customers can rely on the information provided online and avoid unnecessary frustration.
