Extremely poor service as a contractor I came in and ordered multiple pallets of pavers when It came down to return some of the units that weren’t used. I was charged a 10% restocking fee. The return was a sudden change of heart from the client Buyer beware Very disappointing,

Delivery is an expensive hit and run service. In my case they dropped 4 cubic yard of soil on my paving stone driveway. They could have taken 5 minutes more to ring my doorbell and ask about it. Students working for Rona generally do better than this.

In and out quickly, staff know what they are doing, friendly helpful service, communication in yard to office method awesome, well organized, maybe because the have been doing this for 60 years.

Oriented more towards the "professional" gardiner - the guys who cut lawns and put down fertilizer- than anyone looking for exotic plants. Not a huge selection if you are not quite sure of what you want. But good if you want to buy a 50 lb. Bag of high quality fertilizer.
