We got there late, 40 minutes before closing and still, Natalia was very helpful and showing great attitude ! Always with a smile and answering all of our questions. We finalized the deal after hours and she still did not show any sign of being upset, I really liked her customer services skills, she’s amazing and she deserves a raise. This store also has a great selection of furniture for all tastes. Highly recommend to come over and visit this store, they will help you find what you need with a smile and great attitude.

My husband and I walked in to look at furniture for our new home and were very impressed with the exceptional customer care and assistance we received from Natalia! She is very professional and patient, answered all of our questions, and walked us through the process. She took the time and care to help us by explaining details so that we would be able to make the most informed decision that would be to our satisfaction! Wonderful job and we will definitely be visiting again to pick up more pieces of furniture! :D We definitely recommend Canales!

The experience I had with Canales Furniture what's a special one. I'm just able and cannot get out much and the process was very easy working with Natalie who's shown that she cares. I picked out everything that I wanted she gave me the prices she set up the delivery time and made sure that the payment process was easy for me. I really appreciate her time and patience because that means a lot. If you want great customer service as well as great products and merchandise I advise you to go to Canales Furniture.

Best and Fastest transaction ever!! NATALIA helped us get approved for a whole bedroom set in less than 10 minutes over the phone, and when she got us approved, we literally just went to the store to choose our bedroom set and sign the contract. She was excellent at explaining the financing process and helped us choose the best prices! Would definitely recommend asking for her, if you’re looking into buying for the first time and taking home your new bedroom set in less than an hour! In love with our first 5 bedroom set❤️
