Extremely disappointed in the service. Only 50% of sub floor inspected, zero inspection in the ceiling. A diagnosis without any evidence and an offer ‘not to report’ !! 40 minutes onsite and a requirement to pay the $295 fee on the spot !! Attempted to engage with business to obtain further information and ignored after initial contact. Good luck if engaging these guys.

Tried to book a treatment for my home over the phone. Got the date and time sorted and the price but then was told they need payment details before the job happens so they can just take the money out after the work is complete. No biggie, however... the AUTOMATED phone system you get put through to didnt take my card details due to various un met conditions (like pressing 1 to hear terms and conditions but the system taking that 1 as the first number of your card with no way of backspacing... to then get told invalid card number and be redirected to the operator for her to send you back to the faulty AUTO system. Next time the sytem told me the correctly input expiry date was invalid. I hung up Operator rings back to say they need the details or they cant procedd with the booking. I told them Ill pay on the day (not after like their sytem was going to) but that was not acceptable because apparently head office has brought in the new expectation of their customers. I told them they must be doing well if they are prepared to lose the job due to my temp employement with Canberra Pest Control to input data for them facing obstacles like a system that is faulty. I was told.... thats just the way it is. Ill call one of the MANY other capable pest control people here in Canberra

I used to use these guys to spray our house each year, protecting it from all sorts of critters, but especially wasps which liked to make multiple beats in our gutters. Recently we used their services again, and their prices were double what they were two years ago! And most annoyingly, they didn't tell us the price beforehand. It seems that since Flick bought them, they've increased their prices. We won't be going back to use their services again - you're better off going with a small, local, pest control specialist.

Absolutely horrible customer service for wasp hive removal. I was quoted a price and despite having sent them an image of the hive the removalist charged me double the price once they attended the location. The hive has not been removed and it appears the wasps are still there. I would not trust this company at all.
