I recently had my tyres replaced and my brakes changed at this store. The service itself was exceptional and every staff member I interacted with was genuinely warm, professional, and attentive. I truly appreciated the way they communicated and the overall customer experience was phenomenal. However, I was extremely disappointed with the outcome of the brake work. I paid over seven hundred dollars for the brakes alone, and they began squeaking immediately. I returned the car for correction, but during the inspection the staff member got into my car and pressed the brakes very aggressively. This stopped the noise in the moment, but it also felt like a way of masking the issue rather than diagnosing it. If the brakes are pressed slowly, the squeaking is still there. It made me concerned about the integrity of the work, especially given the cost. The team themselves were great and the service experience was excellent, but the actual result with the brakes has left me frustrated and disappointed. For that reason I am giving a three star rating.

Please be careful with this kind of places. I went to get done my wheel alignment. It doesn’t worked properly. Still vehicle not staying straight. And they not providing wheel alignment report. They saying their printer was broken. Be careful. Don’t waste your Money. They give me a photo but it doesn’t help.

Extremely disappointing, I went there to get a tyre plugged from a screw puncture. Got my wheel back with scratches on the front and scrapings on the inside from their machine. This mob doesn’t care about your property as is evident of the condition of my wheel and the lack of care. That’s twice now from two different tyre companies in Fyshwick. If I could do less than 1 star I would. If you value your wheels do not got to this place. It was my first and last time, that’s for sure.
