Reception was kind and compassionate. Gave us sound advice and fitted us in on the day. Wait was proportionate for an emergency vet. Vet Georgia was kind and caring. Fur baby on the mend and much happier. Vets followed up with a text message yo check on her progress. Very much appreciated. Lovely experience except for the sick fur baby. Thank you to a fabulous team.

We were incredibly stressed out as are caboodle had been hit on their head head really hard with a golf ball And was fittingand the team said come straight away. They met us at the door. We could not be more grateful for the care provided by CVES last weekend for our beautiful boy Lenny. In the midst of a clearly busy weekend for them, they were so kind and caring with us and put up with me calling for updates. He is back home safe with us, and slowly getting back to his normal self thanks to their expert care. If we (god forbid) needed emergency care for him again we would not hesitate to take him back there. Thanks to everyone who cared for our boy 🤍

I can’t speak highly enough of the care and support we received from CVES when our little dachshund got sick with pancreatitis and ileus requiring emergency treatment over the course of several days. Everyone from the reception staff, the vet nurses and the vets were dedicated to ensuring he received the best treatment and had the best chance of recovery and survival. The care went beyond the clinic and was supported by follow up phone calls and checks to confirm his continued recovery. We will always be grateful that their interventions meant that he made a remarkable recovery.
