Had steak and eggs. Breakfast was yummy! I felt the meals were reasonably priced. Tavern environment diner prices. Will return.

Canyon Catering did an outstanding job of feeding over 200 of us at our charity auction event. The BBQ themed fare including tender brisket, tri tip with savory mushroom gravy and fresh baked cornbread was delicious. The pre dinner garlic mashed potatoes with short rib served in a martini style glass got rave reviews all around! Your staff did such a good job, they are obviously experienced servers. Thank you Canyon Catering for helping make our event so successful.
I got the privilege to enjoy a lovely event with Canyon Catering providing and serving the meal. The food and service was absolutely amazing and the presentation was first class. I want to thank Melissa and Kenny for their high standards of hospitality. It was truly a lovely meal and I thoroughly enjoyed it!! From the beginning till the end it was a pleasure dealing with Canyon Catering. He understood my needs and help me all the way coordinate my own wedding. It really helped me, having Canyon Catering bringing all the linens, glassware, and China. It made easy to order quantities, style, etc. But the best part was the food. The appetizers were to die for and the Canyon Catering was DELICIOUS! All my guest loved it. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Canyon Catering 100%. You won't be disappointed.
