We had excellent care the 3 times we needed to go here. They literally took our cat(s) out of our arms the second we walked in the door to check our fur babies. They evaluated them and then came out to to privately talk to us. I can honestly say the care was exceptional!

I would highly recommend this care center for treatment. And would like to give a big thank you to the medical team who attended to my dog Gracie Cuevas. We went in with a emergency they attended and reacted quickly for her care. Also were very communicating and very caring with our situation. Dogs are not just pets they are family. This medical team was very patient with us all please give a big thank you to Gracies medical team with lots of hugs. They were thoughtful and would like to thank you also for the sympathy card. Keep up the caring and devoted work I give this place five stars. You all are AMAZING 👏! 💝💖💝💖

I had previous nice experience in 2022 but last night horrid experience. After waiting 2 1/2 hours in the evening and some repeated questions that had nothing to do with what my dog life is all about they did nothing for $195. I speak English and the person mopping. The worker mopping the office floor had to translate to the front desk, I needed a copies of the intake papers from this evening. I will find a holistic veterinarian services to deal with the cough my dog had and no it's not kennel cough. For that amount of money they could've done bloodwork for valley fever, but they didn't just free money to line their pockets.

If you want to elevate your pet care- definitely go here! 1. It's beautiful, clean, and better than most Emergency Rooms at hospitals for people 2. Receptionists are professional 3. They actually CARE about your pet I'm just a dog grandma but when I picked up my kids' retriever from boarding, he had an ugly jole in his leg. I thought it was bot flies. One Urgent Care Vet didn't open til 9am. Another urgent care place turned us away after checking in and waiting an hour. No other animals were waiting. So this place looked expensive but I didn't care by then. Not only did they take him right back, the tech came back and told me the good news it was just an abrasion- no bot flies! Good news, but if it wasn't good news I feel confident they'd have known exactly what to do. I'll definitely drive a little further to use this place in the future.

My ferret collapsed I rushed him here knowing he was passing away but not wanting to let him suffer. I don't remember alot of that day but I know I lost it in there. I don't remember names but the whole staff was amazing warm caring and I needed that in that moment. They wrapped him in a baby blanket and brought him back to me in a quiet room and let me hold my 8 year old baby just like when he was 8 weeks old. When it was time a lady came in and calmly explained every move she made. I felt him leave before she said it. They let me take my time with him for a while longer. I can't express to the staff there how much I appreciate them thank you from the bottom of my heart for the care ♥️ attached are photos of my baby coming home they handled him beautifully and brought him back to me just as beautifully. And a card with a drawing of my stinky boi. I hope there's an afterlife where I get to spend it with him
