I wish I could say I loved my gel pedicure experience here but for the amount we paid I didn’t leave satisfied with the service. My bf and I both came in for pedicures. This is just my experience Pros: -facility is clean - didn’t have to pay for parking in the garage - plenty of color options Cons: -can still see nail polish from before even after a rough removal of gel Polish with the drill touching sides of my nails a few times -I mentioned the sides of some of toe nails were hurting but the only thing he did was cut them down - male tech didn’t tell me he was done and walked away. I was just sitting there thinking he was going to come back before I had to ask another tech if he was done -the overall attitude and mood from my tech was not friendly. It’s as if he didn’t want to be there. He must have been tired (it was an evening appointment) I personally feel like service matters and I don’t think I got the best service here.

I can’t recommend KATHY enough! She is not only incredibly talented but also very attentive to detail. Every set of nails I’ve gotten has been flawless, long-lasting, and exactly what I asked for. She’s creative with designs, uses quality products, and makes sure the shape and finish are perfect every time. On top of that, her space is always clean, welcoming, and relaxing—she makes the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. I had a great experience at Capital Nails today! I had an awesome pedicure massage. My nails look great and I’m ready for my trip! Paul gives the best pedicures!!! He is AMAZING! Highly recommend!

⭐️ Paul did my pedicure and he did AMAZING, literally best pedicure of my life. My feet haven’t been this soft since ‘95 ⭐️ Jolie does my builder gel and she is insanely good - very attentive to her detailed work.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I was truly disappointed at the price vs the quality of the work. My nails needed some reshaping which was done decently but everything else with my acrylic fill service was not great. Felt rushed & like an inconvenience despite setting an appointment several days in advance. Photos taken the same day as my appointment. Won’t be returning.
