I had an eviction in a rental property that I owned that was a catastrophic disaster like something out of the movie SEVEN and the disgusting crime scenes, dogs that had never been let out and cats to boot, and by the outside of the house, which was in immaculate condition, and better condition than what I had rented the house, years before, these people either themselves had seeded the whole yard and maintained immaculately the whole time they rented from me, nice clean looking landscape around the whole perimeter of the house, 5 feet away from the house, nice pebble cobblestone expensive rock, but the inside of the house, at is most shallow point had a foot deep of garbage, as the smaller out of the two bedrooms had 3/4 of the room full of garbage waste deep, as did the bathroom, ......it looked like nobody could have lived there for a long time, and the place was used as a dog kennel and then some, it was a hazardous material cite that if the city were to have seen the inside of that rental property, would have temporarily condemned the place, with unrealistic expectations in order to get out from underneath that disaster, and Capital City Cleaning was not only the only ones who would take on the job, but had the place cleared out stuffed in trash bags, furniture nicely placed outside, before the roll off had arrived and before I could even make it over there to actually see them work what was clearly a miracle, as I don't know how many workers it took to do that, as all I caught was the tail end of the scouring of the place, as by the time they were done, all I had to do was patch a few good sized holes in the dry wall, which capital city cleaning arranged for that to be done lickity split, paint the place from floor to ceiling, with the same colors and something that I had just set my discouragement at taking 2 to 3 months realistically took 11 days, as I was the one who actually even drug it out to even take 11 days, because capital city cleaning was out of there with the drywall patched ready for paint in 3 and 1/2 days, like it never happened, because being that everything was all the same paint color, it looked brand new, especially with the way the yard had always been sought after with the best of the renters intent, which is a still a mystery, because for what yard was there, it looked like chem-lawn had been servicing it for years as it was crisp. Capital City Cleaning made it happen, as words can not do their disaster relief justice.
Found Capital Cleaning on Google, had a big job that needed to be done promptly. I expressed to her the urgency and the rushed deadline, she didn't hesitate, she was out that very day to bid the job and started the next morning.. I was very impressed and satisfied with her work, not to mention she beat the deadline.The job was above expectations, she was very polite and on time. I would recommend Capital Cleaning.
