When my daughter limped in midday with a sputtering Kia that had an engine light on, Derek and the staff gave her exceptional service. They gave her a lift home, called the next morning with an estimate, and had her back with a functional car in less than 48 hours. Even picked her up to retrieve the Kia. Over and above service. Everyone here is so wonderful! I’ve brought my car here a couple of times and have only had positive experiences. Going to college in WI but being from the East Coast, I think of them as kind of like my car dads haha! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, no matter what my question or issue may be. I brought in my car for a slow tire leak, which always feels like a set up for a new tire. Capital tire found a nail puncture that I couldn’t find, fix the tire in a couple hours, I did it all for a super reasonable price. Honest, fast and great price – you can’t ask for much more!

Capitol Tire and Auto Repair, and Derek specifically, provided the best service of anyone I've ever worked with in the Auto Repair industry. After a less-than-positive experience at a chain repair shop, we brought my vehicle in for a second opinion. Within a week (including a holiday, no less), Derek was able to do a full inspection of my vehicle, provide a list of services, identified what was most necessary now and when we should get things done in the future. Pricing was very fair and turnaround after inspection, despite having to order parts, was less than a day. Cannot recommend more.
